On
October 16 and 17 Peter Burr of Hooliganship will give a workshop
in two parts that investigates the aesthetics of appropriation in
current video culture. Participants can work with FFmpeg and Avidemux
and use the Greasekit web plugin to experiment with ‘datamoshing’,
and online video curating to produce a collaborative mix-video.
Participants would be required to bring their own internet-accessible
Mac laptops.
