De Zondagsschool #6: 'Shopping'
The Zondagsschool (sunday school) holds a sale and explores the mechanisms behind our purchasing habits. Do we have shopping genes? Has the mall become our natural habitat? This afternoon, there is a lot to learn from trend watcher Janus ter Visser. We delve into the architecture of shopping malls and psychologist Lies Klumper tells about her treatment of consumer addicts. The presentations are alternated with films by Yael Bartana, Chris Oakley and the church of stop shopping.
