Things To Come #2

Things To Come is Impakt's new programme series concerning the social, ethical, artistic and philosophical dimensions of upcoming techno-social developments. Things To Come will be hosted by Klaas Kuitenbrouwer.

After a thrilling pilot concerning the theme "The Singularity", the second edition of Things To Come centers on the manipulability of man. Under the title "Creating Life", the main question this Christmas month will be how man plans to surpass God; will protocell- and gentechnology bring about a new Genesis?
Things To Come gathers a variety of visionaries on this theme and invites you for an open and lively debate in which public participation is more than welcome.
